Tile Roof Leak Repair
Removed 80 sq ft of tiles at upper roof tiles above leak and 20 ft of 1” x 8” shiplap; waterproofed with double layers of 40 pound felt underlayment; re-install original tiles; installed new shiplap. Removed 35 sq ft of tiles at the lower roof; waterproofed with double layers of 40 pound felt underlayment; re-install original tiles.
