   • If there are HVAC units or other equipment on the roof, inspect their condition. Ensure that supports are secure, pitch pockets are sealed, and there are no signs of leaks or damage.
6. Roof Membrane Examination:
   • Check the roof membrane for signs of damage and deterioration, punctures, tears, membrane buckled up, lifted seams. Address any issues promptly to prevent water infiltration.
7. Skylight and Rooftop Equipment Inspection:
   • If there are skylights or other rooftop equipment, inspect them for leaks, damage, dome cracks, or deteriorating seals. Proper maintenance of these elements helps preserve the roof's integrity.
8. Documentation of Maintenance:
   • Keep detailed records of all inspections and maintenance activities. Documentation can be valuable for tracking the roof's history, identifying recurring issues, and planning for future maintenance.
