We often have roofing projects in Newbury Park.
For this specific project, we added a new composition Shingle Roof for Single family home.
Stage 1 : we removed all existing roofing materials down to wood sheathing.
Stage 2 : we discovered water damage and termite damage on the shiplap and fascia board.
Stage 3 : we then replaced all the damaged fascia board and shiplap.
Stage 4 : after this, we then added new CDX plywood to upgrade the roof according to building code.
